MANUAL CHLORINE DIOXIDE DOSING PLANTS

WITH TWO COMPONENT PRODUCT

The plant doses very small quantities of disinfecting fluids, in a quantity-proportional manner against the water pressure. The contact water meter required for the purpose and the injection point are already inbuilt in the plant. The dosing quantity can be adjusted from 0.1 to 1.0 mg/l.

 The maximum dosing quantity for drinking water in the European Union has been defined as follows: maximum dosing quantity in drinking water 0.4 mg/l, Maximum detectable quantity in drinking water not greater than 0.2 mg/l.  
For the maximum dosing quantities of other disinfecting solutions, please ask your supplier for more information. The following function description is for dosing chlorine dioxide solutions.  

Refilling of the storage bottle (glass) must be confirmed by pressing a button. The chlorine dioxide solution that is filled is stable for 4 weeks. With confirmation of the replenishment, an internal timer program is started, which indicates the decay of the remaining solution after 4 weeks (light indication "Replenish"). Even after the “Replenish” signal, chlorine dioxide continues to be dosed, even though the solution is not so effective against germs and bacteria any more. The plant only gets switched off when the solution in the storage bottle has been consumed.

The timer monitoring runs even during the standstill times of the plant. In any case, the signal “Replenish” is indicated after 4 weeks. The time still remaining is shown by 6 red LEDs, with every LED representing 5 days. Two other LEDs indicate the water meter pulse and the dosing pulse.

ATTILA S/XL 16.100 l/h - more informations

The dosing plant type ATTILA has been conceived for dosing little quantity of disinfectant in the drinkable water. Disinfectants, as: the hypoclorite, the chlorine dioxide  or other substances suitable for this purpose.

The dosing quantity can be set in 10 different stages in the range from 0.1 to 1.5 mg chlorine dioxide for liter of water.

The plant has a volumetric dosage  (the water meter pulse launch not included) or with start/stop signal. It has the function to program the desired quantity of dosage. An inner timer counts the dosages and every four weeks asks the feeding of the solution (for dioxide= expiry of the effectiveness of the solution).

The processing data are indicated on display
On the card SD every processing data and the programming changes are memorized (with data/time).

The file can be export to excel.
